To search for Imperial shrines in a particular geographical location

1. Select the name of the province, region, or the nation as a whole.

2. Click the Search button.

To search for a particular Imperial shrine by entering a specific name or word

1. Select the name of the province, region, or the nation as a whole.

2. Select how you want to search – by the name of a particular Imperial shrine listed in the Engishiki, by the current name of a particular Imperial shrine, by the current address of a particular Imperial shrine, or by the name of a province.

3. Enter a specific name or word you want to search.

4. Click the Search button.
